Mr. Dolittle was a much worried man. Titanic Ltd. was not sinking fast enough. His\u00a0 visions was to see the company listed among top ten most mismanaged companies in the universe. Time was running out fast. So one day he called Dr. Downhill\u00a0\u00a0 to his chamber and empowered him to\u00a0 take any action to realise his dreams. Dr. Downhill, quickly settled on the job. He consulted\u00a0 his caboodle and in no time identified Human Resource Destruction department\u00a0 (HRD) as a\u00a0 major\u00a0 problem area. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">In the course of time he invented following simple management techniques which to this day are known as\u00a0 Downhill&#8217;s stairs. This stair is still being used by unprofessionals the world over to go downhill.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">You shall double speak.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">You shall promote yourself.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">You shall fake understanding.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">You shall just pretend delegation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">You shall create insecurity in subordinates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">You shall obstruct promotions of subordinates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">You shall downgrade subordinates behind their backs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">You shall cultivate and consult only your blue eyed boys.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">You shall do to subordinates what was done to you by your seniors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">You shall ask your subordinates to do the jobs that are not their responsibilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';\">Needless to add , Mr. Dolittle&#8217;s dreams came true.
